in Irving Texas, where HP
EnviroVision maintains its
principal office, equipment and
maintenance facility. We are
fully equipped and stocked with
materials essential to providing
24 hour emergency response
services. HP also owns and
operates a fleet of conventional
and specialized equipment and
vehicles used in HP
EnviroVision's operations. For
special applications we design
and fabricate our own equipment
and systems.

Although HP provides
environmental engineering
services primarily in Texas, we
have completed projects in
Kansas, New Mexico and several
surrounding states.

HP EnviroVision Technicians and
Project Supervisors are state
licensed and hold valid medical and
training certificates per regulatory
requirements. Technicians are
individually licensed through the
appropriate state agencies. A roster
of all Supervisor and Technician
licenses are provided to the client
or the client’s representative prior
to starting each project.

Palet
President
Mr. Thomas Palet, owner and
president of HP EnviroVision,
started the business in 1992
with the vision of providing
quality environmental
remediation services by a team
of dedicated supervisors and
support staff. A graduate of the
University of Wisconsin Eau
Claire with a degree in
Environmental Health. Mr. Palet
has worked in the environmental
business for over 25 years. The
first 10 years were spent in the
consulting/testing area and
affords Mr. Palet an invaluable
perspective in working with
clients.
James
Palet
Vice-President
Mr. James Palet has worked in
the environmental consulting and
remediation business for
approximately 20 years including
laboratory analysis/management
for 5 years, consulting/project
management for 8 years, and
environmental
remediation/contracting for 7
years. He was awarded a Master
of Arts degree from Texas Tech
University in 1985.
Mike
Livengood
Chief Estimator
Mr. Mike Livengood has been
involved with the environmental
remediation industry for over 20
years, primarily as an estimator
and project manager including
the last eleven years with HP
EnviroVision. Mike graduated
from Oklahoma University in 1975
with a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree.

McConnell
Director of Field Operations
Mr. J.R. McConnell, comes from a
family with more than 100 years
of experience in General
Construction. He has been
involved with various aspects of
General Construction for more
than 20 years including
considerable experience in
historical renovations,
excavations, renovations, and
building relocations. Prior to
joining HP, Mr. McConnell was a
Project Superintendent / Manager
on more than $20,000,000 of
renovations with O'Neal
Construction's branch office in
Austin, Texas. Mr. McConnell has
also managed many projects for
the Latter Day Saints which is
one of the largest private
building organizations in the
world.
